Tormach 770 XL Fixture Tooling Plate

Fixture plate is a blem due to failing our unconstrained flatness checks (approximately 0.04in 'bow' in the long dimension of the plate). Generally this has little affect on the flatness of the plate once constrained to a machine table as the mounting bolts will act to pull the bow out of the plate making the constrained flatness equal to our parallelism tolerance +/- any deviation in the machine table. Since this is an XL plate the overhang at the left of the table may show more signs of this bow as it isn't pulled down to the table. This plate does pass our parallelism inspection (approximately 0.0003" in the long dimension at the front edge).
