Use these precision fixturing pins for locating pallets, fixtures, workholding devices, and more. Pins are threaded 1/2"-13 UNC for ease of installation into, retention within, and removal from a precision bore. 

Fixturing pins are intended to reference the precision bores on an SMW fixture plate, allowing for repeatable positioning of pallets and accessories like the SMW 1/2" Fixture Pallet. If installing pins in your own fixtures please see the drawing below for our recommended bore specifications.

Pins include an o-ring for sealing fixture plate bores and tighten using a 5/16" (or 8mm) hex wrench. Available in both fully round and relieved 'diamond' styles (ideally, each fixture should locate using one round pin for location and one diamond pin for rotation - see our installation & use video for more information).
