Machinist/Programmer

Full time CNC machinist for Saunders Machine Works running Okuma and Haas CNC machines to manufacture product
line including fixture plates, vises and accessories. Must be familiar with CNC machining (prefer Haas and/or Okuma control) as well as using Fusion 360 CAD/CAM.

Necessary Skills & Experience

• Set up and operate Haas & Okuma CNC Milling Machines
• Understand machining and metrology basics
• High attention to detail and process control
• Fusion 360 CAD/CAM programming

Job Responsibilities

• Run HAAS & Okuma 3-axis and CNC mills for production of SMW fixture plates
• Conduct in-process quality control with micrometers, bore gages, etc
