Use these precision fixturing pins for locating pallets, fixtures, workholding devices, and more. Pins are threaded M12x1.75 for ease of installation into, retention within, and removal from a precision bore. 

Fixturing pins are intended to reference the precision bores on an SMW fixture plate allowing for repeatable positioning of pallets and accessories.. If installing pins in your own fixtures please see the drawing below for our recommended bore specifications.

Pins include an o-ring for sealing fixture plate bores and tighten using a 5/16" (or 8mm) hex wrench. Available in both fully round and relieved 'diamond' styles (ideally, each fixture should locate using one round pin for location and one diamond pin for rotation - see our installation & use video for more information).
