These pullstuds (also known as retention knobs or studs) interface with the clamping jaws in our SMW PuckChuck base for a rock-solid, repeatable interlock.

Pullstuds are precision machined from hardened tool steel and secure to the pallet with an included M10 bolt.

Three variants are available: locating, diamond, and clearance. Please see the drawings below (also included in product photos) for the correct number of studs for your setups as well as bore specifications for installing in your own pallets & fixtures. Note that if you will be using a clocking pin, the location of this pin is different for Gen1 and Gen2 receivers.

Torque pullstuds to 20 ft-lbs [27 N-m]. Do not exceed. If pullstuds are removed from a fixture we recommend replacing the M10 bolt before reusing.
