The PuckChuck is a low profile, modular zero point clamp & quick-change pallet system by Saunders Machine Works. Mechanical receivers repeatably secure pullstuds with a screw-driven, double-sided clamping jaw cartridge.

This system is designed with modularity in mind: the PuckChuck system doesn't lock you in to a set number of clamps or a fixed pallet size like other similar systems on the market. Place as many (or as few) PuckChucks as you like on your table to accommodate fixtures of any size.

The Mechanical PuckChuck requires a T30 Torx* bit to actuate the clamping screw. For pallets that are larger than the puck diameter you may need an extended reach bit. Recommended for use with hand tools (a torque wrench is preferred). If using power tools, ensure they are torque-limited and non-impact tools.

*pre-2026 receivers use a T40 bit.
