Product Specifications

6061 Aluminum Fixture & Tooling Plate for TAIG benchtop mills.  Plate comes with mounting slot to maximize compatibility and placement options. Available in standard 14" x 6" x 0.60" size or 20" x 6" x 0.60" XL size (only fits newer machines).

INCH: Holes are 0.75" on center.  Every hole is tapped 1/4"-20. (Inch plate)

METRIC: Holes are 20mm on center. Every hole is tapped M6.

NOTE: when bare aluminum plates are installed on a non-aluminum surface such as a bare machine table these plates must be used with a galvanic corrosion inhibitor (e.g. dielectric spark plug grease) and be removed periodically to inspect for condition and/or re-apply the corrosion inhibitor. We recommend doing this every three months.

Note: Hardware not included. Designed for use with low profile socket head cap screws (SHCS) and T-Nuts according to your machine table. Please see drawing above for specific slot sizes to determine appropriate mounting hardware. Adapter washers are available separately for machines with smaller t-nuts.
