Product Specifications

11.5" x 8.95" x 0.73" 6061 Aluminum Fixture & Tooling Plate for Bantam Tools Desktop CNC Milling Machines.

 INCH PLATES: Holes are 0.75" on center.  Every hole is tapped 1/4"-20.

METRIC PLATES: Holes are 20mm on center.  Every hole is tapped M6.

The Bantam Tools probing system relies on electrical conductivity between the part and the probe. If working with conductive materials, certain holes need to be blocked to prevent chips from creating a false conduction path. These holes are engraved with a "+" sign, and we recommend these small set screws to plug holes and prevent chips from falling through. Alternatively STL models are available for download below to 3D print plugs which cover holes under fixture plate (see last image).

  • Out-of-stock bare aluminum and steel plates have a lead time of 3-4 weeks (steel fixture plate sets carry a 4-5 week lead time), while anodized 7075 fixture plates are 4-6 weeks.

This fixture plate ships via standard parcel shipping (FedEx Ground or USPS Priority). For questions about additional shipping methods, please contact us.

This plate is meant to REPLACE the stock Bantam table, not mount on top of the existing aluminum extrusion. Hardware is not included as existing hardware is meant to be reused.
