Product Specifications

Fixture & tooling plate for Haas UMC-500 and UMC-500SS CNC machines.

Measurements: 14" x 9" x 0.95"

Plate mounts to table with 2-4 low profile 1/2-13 x 1.0" SHCS. Mounting screws are not included.

Plate has 157 fixture holes that are spaced 1.25" on-center. Each fixture hole is tapped 1/2-13 UNC and bored for 0.500" pin.

Available in 4140 steel or anodized 7075 aluminum. Click here to see the benefits of each.

NOTE: Only two tapped holes exist on B90 surface. Plate can be used with only two mounting holes, however for best flatness we recommend using all four locations in the plate. This requires drilling and tapping into the B90 surface (which Haas specifies may be done - see fourth image. We recommend verifying this against your specific machine, as Haas specifications may change between model years.)

  • Out-of-stock bare aluminum and steel plates have a lead time of 3-4 weeks (steel fixture plate sets carry a 4-5 week lead time), while anodized 7075 fixture plates are 4-6 weeks.

This fixture plate ships via standard parcel shipping (FedEx Ground or USPS Priority). For questions about additional shipping methods, please contact us.

2-4 low profile 1/2-13 x 1.0" SHCS are necessary to mount fixture plate to B90 surface. Bolts are not included. No additional installation hardware is required.
