Fixture & tooling plate set for Haas VF-3YT and VF-3SSYT CNC machines. Plate sets are in new condition, discontinued and discounted due to launch of our Pattern Interlock fixture plates.
Measurements: 56" x 24" (set of two 28" x 24" plates). Steel plates are 0.85" thick, aluminum plates are 0.95" thick.
Each plate mounts to table with 8 low profile SHCS. Mounting screws and t-nuts are available as a separate option.
Each plate has 836 fixture holes that are spaced 1.25" on-center. Each fixture hole is tapped 1/2-13 UNC and bored for 0.500" pin.
Available in 4140 steel hardened to 30 Rockwell C or anodized 7075 aluminum. Click here to see the benefits of each.
Note: to accommodate older machines with a 23" wide table, newer machines with a 24" wide table have a slight underhang at the rear side of the table of approximately 0.5".

Low-profile socket head cap screws and t-nuts are available separately. No additional installation hardware is required.
For fixture plate sets, we recommend our Alignment Jig Kit for quick setup of multiple plates. Two SMW Fixture or Blank Pallets with 1/2" pins can also be used.

Out-of-stock bare aluminum plates have a lead time of 7-14 business days, while anodized 7075 and steel fixture plates are 4-6 weeks (steel fixture plate sets carry a 6-8 week lead time.) Please contact us for specific lead times or to inquire about time-critical orders.
If you do not have access to a commercial address, orders can often be shipped to a local FedEx Freight terminal for pickup.
