31.1" x 26" x 0.92" set of 3 6061 aluminum fixture & tooling plate for  Shapeoko HDM routers. This set requires removing the Hybrid T-Slot Table (if installed on your router). For fixture plates compatible with the Hybrid Table, see our Shapeoko 4/Pro Fixture Plates.

Fixture holes are 1.25" on center.  Each fixturing hole is tapped 1/2-13 and bored for 0.500" pin. Set contains 120 mounting holes for M6 SHCS (not all are used, this is to accommodate multiple machine generations) and 864X fixturing holes. 

The HDM has had three revisions - see last photo for changes to the bed:

• V1 (Fall 2021) - four evenly spaced crossmembers under the hybrid table
• V2 (Fall 2024) - bed crossmembers changed to four thicker, non-evenly spaced crossmembers
• V3 (Summer 2025) - same crossmember layout and mounting locations as V2, but stiffer crossmembers and an all-metal hybrid table option

These fixture plates are compatible with V1, V2, and V3 machines, but you will need to remove the sheet metal cover at the rear of V2/V3 beds.

The HDM toolsetter can be mounted to the plate in one of a few different ways:

• Current plates have two M6 tapped holes to attach the toolsetter in the factory location.
• This 3D-printed thread insert to adapt the 1/2-13 fixturing holes to M6, allowing the bitsetter to be secured in any fixturing hole location
• Our Thread Adapter Pin works in the same way as above, although you will need to swap the M6 bitsetter bolt for 1/4-20
• A longer M6 bolt can drop through the 1/2-13 fixturing holes and be secured to the underside of the plate with a washer and nut.

Note: mounting hardware not included. QTY36 (total) 20mm M6 SHCS should be used. Existing M6 hardware (for securing MDF strips to hybrid table) included with your router can be used, otherwise we recommend purchasing separately (McMaster 91290A326)
