Product Specifications

6061 Aluminum Fixture & Tooling Plate for Makera Z1 Desktop CNC Machines.

Measurements: 8.78" x 7.95" x 0.48" [223mm x 202mm x 12.2mm]

This plate mounts directly to the Z1's bed using the existing M5 threaded holes and hardware. Plate is compatible with the Makera 4th axis unit and L-bracket. 4mm alignment pins install into our fixture plate, while M5 screws pass through the plate and use the threaded locations in the Z1 bed.

INCH PLATES: Holes are 0.75" on center.  Every hole is tapped 1/4"-20.

METRIC PLATES: Holes are 20mm on center.  Every hole is tapped M6.

This fixture plate ships via standard parcel shipping (FedEx Ground or USPS Priority). For questions about additional shipping methods, please contact us.

We recommend (5) 18mm long M5 socket head screws for installing the fixture plate. See installation instructions under CAD Files & Resources for which screws included with your machine can be used.
