Fixture & tooling plate for FANUC RoboDrill 'Long Bed' CNC machines (850x410mm table, 125mm t-slot spacing):

  • α-D14LiA / α-D21LiA (incl. -LiA5 models)
  • α-D14LiB / α-D21LiB /  α-D28LiB (incl. -LiB5, ADV, and ADV Plus models)

Measurements: 35" x 16" x 0.95"

Plate mounts to table with 8 low profile SHCS. Mounting screws and t-nuts are available as a separate option.

Plate has 650 fixture holes that are spaced 1.25" on-center. Each fixture hole is tapped 1/2-13 UNC and bored for 0.500" pin.

Shipping

This fixture plate is shipped LTL freight. We recommend shipping to a commercial address for the best rates (freight shipping to residential addresses can be expensive). If you do not have access to a commercial address, orders can often be shipped to a local FedEx Freight terminal for pickup.

Low-profile socket head cap screws and t-nuts are available separately.  No additional installation hardware is required.
