Product Specifications

Fixture & tooling plate for Avid Benchtop Standard and Benchtop PRO CNC routers.

Measurements: 25" x 40" x 0.92" overall (QTY2 identical 25" x 20" plates).

Each plate mounts to the router bed with QTY10 M5 SHCS if mounting directly to router crossmembers or up to QTY15 if mounting on top of t-slotted bed. Mounting screws and t-nuts are not included.

Each plate has 590 fixture holes (1,180 total) that are spaced 1.25" on-center. Each fixture hole is tapped 1/2-13 UNC and bored for 0.500" pin.

Available in 6061 aluminum.

This fixture plate ships via standard parcel shipping (FedEx Ground or USPS Priority). For questions about additional shipping methods, please contact us.

Mounting hardware not included. Plates are designed to utilize the same mounting locations as the sections of aluminum extrusion they replace. We recommend M5 x 16mm SHCS for attaching the fixture plates to existing T-nuts.

For fixture plate sets, we recommend our Plate Set Installation Tool for easier setup of multiple plates. Two SMW Fixture or Blank Pallets with 1/2" pins can also be used.
