Product Specifications

Fixture & tooling plate for Brother Speedio S500 (X1, Xd1, X2, & Xd2) CNC machines.

Measurements: 26" x 20" x 0.95". 

Plate overhangs the rear of pre-Xd2 tables by 1.0" [25mm], ensure this is acceptable for your application. Plate sits flush with the rear of the table on Xd2 machines which have less clearance between table and Z-column.

Plate mounts to table with 8 M12 low profile SHCS. Mounting screws and t-nuts are available as a separate option.

Plate has 609 fixture holes that are spaced 1.25" on-center. Each fixture hole is tapped 1/2-13 UNC and bored for 0.500" pin.

Shipping

This fixture plate is shipped LTL freight. We recommend shipping to a commercial address for the best rates (freight shipping to residential addresses can be expensive). If you do not have access to a commercial address, orders can often be shipped to a local FedEx Freight terminal for pickup.

Low-profile socket head cap screws and t-nuts are available separately.  No additional installation hardware is required.
