Fixture & tooling plate set for various 'Bridgeport-style' knee mills (e.g. protoTRAK, Sharp, Grizzly, Jet). Compatible with any machine having a t-slot center distance of 63-65mm (2.48-2.56in), 3+ t-slots, and tables longer than 1016mm (40in). Note: fixture plate is centered on table. Please ensure any overhang is acceptable if your table is not wider than 12". We also recommend checking that mounting holes do not fall over any coolant wells.
Measurements: 51" x 12" x 0.95". For a smaller plate, see our 34" x 12" knee mill plate.
Plate set mounts to table with 12 low profile SHCS. Mounting screws and t-nuts are available as a separate option. (default hardware kit for this plate is a 5/8" (16mm) t-slot kit. View other sizes here if your table does not match).
Plate set has 707 fixture holes that are spaced 1.25" on-center. Each fixture hole is tapped 1/2-13 UNC and bored for 0.500" pin.
Available in 4140 steel, anodized 7075 aluminum, or 6061 aluminum. Click here to see the benefits of each.

Low-profile socket head cap screws and t-nuts are available separately. No additional installation hardware is required, but we recommend our Set Installation Tool for ease of install.
For fixture plate sets, we recommend our Alignment Jig Kit for quick setup of multiple plates. Two SMW Fixture or Blank Pallets with 1/2" pins can also be used.
When 6061 aluminum SMW Fixture Plates are installed on a non-aluminum surface such as a steel machine table these plates must be used with a galvanic corrosion inhibitor (e.g. dielectric spark plug grease) and be removed frequently to inspect for condition and/or re-apply the corrosion inhibitor.
